HEMP OIL
Shake bottle, squeeze the dropper to extract the oil into the dropper. Recommended Use 1-2ml daily (AM or PM is on personal preference).

BODY + LUXE
We recommend applying daily after your shower or bath (and preferably after your coffee scrub treatment). We recommend 1-2 times a week for your self-care luxe routine. After your shower or bath, simply pat your body dry with a towel applying a scoop of body butter directly to your skin (avoid eye contact) and gently massage using firm, broad strokes until fully absorbed.

Earth + Stone LUXE top tip: when applying our body butter, pay special attention to your elbows, knees, hands and feet. These areas are more prone to dryness.
