Earth and Stone Australia does not offer refunds on purchased products, however we understand that shopping online may mean you select an item or an accessory that may not be quite right and perhaps look different to what you thought.

With this in mind we are happy to accept returns for an exchange but not a refund. We will provide you with a store credit.

Once Earth and Stone Australia obtains your return, you will be notified by email of store credit and how to use it. Your store credit will be valid for 3 months.

Here’s the simple procedure for return/exchange of products purchased online:

Will we only accept returns if they are made within 14 days of purchase or from when you receive the product.

If you purchased a limited edition item we can not accept returns however please do make contact with us if there is a fault.

Damaged Goods

If in the unfortunate occurrence that you receive your goods damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item and your details to hello@earthandstone.co and we will ensure a new one is sent to you as soon as possible.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
